Division Tricks || Dividing any number by 25

Instead of dividing by 25, it is more easy to multiply first by 4 and then divide the result by 100.(i.e 4/100=1/25)

STEP 1: Multiply the given number by 4.

STEP 2: Insert the decimal point before the 10's place (i.e Divided by 100)

Lets see some examples:

Example 1: Find out 5/25.

STEP 1: 5 X 4 = 20

STEP 2: 0.20 (i.e 20/100)

Example 2: Find out 64/25.

STEP 1: 64 X 4 = 256

STEP 2: 2.56 (i.e 256/100)

Example 3: Find out 222/25.

STEP 1: 222 X 4 = 888

STEP 2: 8.88 (i.e 888/100)

Example 4: Find out 684/25.

STEP 1: 684 X 4 = 2736

STEP 2: 27.36 (i.e 2736/100)
