NOTE: See the table carefully.RHS answer is square of the 1's place digit and LHS answer is form 25 and 34.

Squaring Number between 50-59 [Method 2]

STEP 1. Square of 1's digit of the given number which gives the right hand side answer.[Note that Output of STEP 1 has to take up 2 digit.Suppose STEP 1 output is 2 then RHS answer is 04.]

STEP 2. Add 25 to 1's digit of the given number which gives the left hand answer.

Lets see some examples:

Example 1: Find out square of 52.

STEP 1. $2^2 = 04 $ [RHS ANSWER]

STEP 2. 25 + 2 = 27 [LHS ANSWER]

STEP 3. Combining the STEP 1 and STEP 2 together we will get our final result i.e 2704

Example 2: Find out square of 58.

STEP 1. $8^2 = 64 $ [RHS ANSWER]

STEP 2. 25 + 8 = 33 [LHS ANSWER]

STEP 3. Combining the STEP 1 and STEP 2 together we will get our final result i.e 3364
